Login using your Penn State Access Account.
In the top right corner click on "+ Add New" and select "Media Upload" from the drop down menu.
Use the upload button or drag and drop feature to select and upload your media.
While the progress bar fills, enter information for the media name, description, etc. and set "Publishing Status".
After the upload completes you can set "Publishing Status" to Published and click on the "Save" button.
Click on "Go to Media" or choose "My Media" from the top of the page.
Click on the pencil icon to the right of the media.
Wait a while for the media to finish processing before you can edit or caption (about the length of the media).
Select the check box to the left of the media. Then click on "Actions" on the right and select "Caption & Enrich" from the drop down menu.
Scroll down the page, fill out the "order" form by selecting Service: Machine, language, and Feature: Captions. Then click Submit.
Wait for the captions to process (15 minutes to up to 5 times the length of the media).
Review and edit the captions:

Return to the captions page by clicking on "My Media" and then the pencil icon to the right of the media.

Click on "Captions" below the media.

Click on "Edit Captions" to review and edit the generated captions.
Set the caption file:

Return to the captions page by clicking on "My Media" and then the pencil icon to the right of the media.

Click on "Captions" below the media.

Click on the check mark to the right of the caption file to set it as the default and use it.

Click on the screen icon on the far right to show the captions button on the media player.
Check your work by playing the media, clicking on the "CC" icon, and selecting the language to display the captions during playback.
