Subscribe to PRI Events Calendar Feed

Outlook Web Application

Open Outlook in your web browser.
Navigate to your calendar by selecting the calendar icon on the left side.

Below the monthly calendar, click on "Add calendar".

In the new window that opens, select "Subscribe from web" from the left sidebar.

For the URL enter https://pop.psu.edu/events/calendar_feed. Give the calendar a short descriptive name. Select other options if desired.

Click on "Import" to finish the subscribe. It may take a minute to complete.

You can edit the background color of the calendar after you subscribe by finding the calendar in your list, clicking on the '...' to the right of the name, and going to "Color".

Once you have subscribed, you can click on an event to view more details.

The calendar will automatically update periodically with new and updated events from the PRI website.

Outlook Desktop Application

Windows
The newest version functions the same as the Web Application. See above.
In the old version, the process is similar, but select "From Internet..." instead of "Subscribe from web".
Mac
The desktop version does not support adding from a URL directly. Add it from the Web Application. See above.
It will show up in the Desktop version after it is added to the Web version.
