Migrating to Teams for Audio Calls

Voicemail settings and saved voicemails will not migrate over. Review your voicemails before your migration.
Verify Teams is installed on your work computer.
Install Teams on your mobile devices, if desired.
Look for emails with more information.

Post Migration & Using Teams

Make a call, place on hold, transfer, or access voicemail.
Review calls, filter, play voicemail, or manage speed dial and notifications.
Manage delegates, change default mic or camera, or change voicemail settings.
Place a call from a chat.
If you have Teams Phone with a Penn State number, update your location for 911 purposes.
