SSRI IT is switching ticket systems to Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk. Here are some things to know about the change:
- The new email address for all SSRI IT help is ssri-it@psu.edu.
- If you saved an old address for SSRI IT help, please update it by following the instructions here.
- Notifications and replies will come from help@ssri-it.on.spiceworks.com. Please reply to this email address to keep everything for your ticket together.
- You may see a notification on your emails similar to below. These specific emails from Spiceworks are safe to open and reply to.
